I have used Above & Beyond Carpet Care for cleaning and for flood damage repair. I can’t begin to thank you for the work you did at my house this year. You truly went “above & beyond” in so many ways. It’s rare to find a company like yours, where it’s so obvious that you are passionate about taking care of your clients (even when they are grumpy)! You took care of everything for me so that I could go to work and not have to worry about what was going on at home. It was incredibly helpful having you step in as a contact person for all of the repair work. Not only did you deal patiently with my insurance agent, but you also made certain that all of the repair work was done properly – even though you didn’t have to. (I was especially impressed when you took it upon yourself to repair some of the sub-flooring in my livingroom so the carpet could be installed. And all of my furniture would have been damaged on the evening my carpet was installed if you hadn’t left that tarp. (The news reported rain that day and Dave rushed a plastic tarp to my house for the carpet installers to use.) I just feel confident that the damage to my house from my recent plumbing disaster was cleaned up properly and thoroughly. I’m not worried about rotting walls & floors. I guess you’ve given me peace of mind, something every homeowner desperately wants after his or her house is flooded. I seriously don’t know how to thank you for that.
