Dave, I just wanted to pass along a thank you for your great job in cleaning our carpets yesterday. They look great. You and your team always do an impeccable job and your level of detail is amazing. To be honest, it is always a bit of a nut to swallow to hear how much it will cost to clean carpets as it seems like a lot of money; and maybe your services are a tad bit more than the 'joe-shmoe' carpet cleaning company. But when you guys come into my home, educate me on carpet care, show your passion for QUALITY service, and then when I come home to see the results; I know that I got every penny worth and more! You are right, a good quality carpet is an expensive investment and treating it well will make it last longer and keep it looking beautiful.
